End User Licence Agreement

Who this is between. This agreement is between you and PuzariCloud ("we", "us"), India. It covers the paid and freemium plugins we publish on JetBrains Marketplace (for example Ansible Studio, AgentDiff, LogLens, Jira Cloud Pro and Git Flow Pro), including updates. By installing or using a plugin you accept these terms. If you use a plugin for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

How you get a licence. You buy, renew and cancel subscriptions through JetBrains Marketplace, and JetBrains issues the licence key. Prices, free trials, renewals, refunds, continuity discounts and any perpetual fallback licence work as described in the JetBrains Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the JetBrains Marketplace terms, which also apply to your purchase. If they conflict with this page about payment or licence delivery, JetBrains' terms win.

What you may do. While your licence (or trial) is valid, you may install and use the plugin in any number of JetBrains IDEs and on any number of computers, as long as you are the only person using it. A personal licence is for one individual. A commercial licence is assigned by an organisation to one named user at a time; the organisation may reassign it to another user as JetBrains allows. Features of a freemium plugin that are marked free may be used without a licence.

What you may not do. Do not share a licence between people, resell or sublicense the plugin, or remove or work around its licence check. Do not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the plugin, except to the extent the law where you live allows it despite this clause. The plugin and its code remain ours; you get a licence to use it, not ownership.

Privacy. The plugins collect no telemetry and no usage data, and they never send your code or files to us. They make network calls only for features you set up yourself (for example a Jira site you configure, your own Git remotes, or downloading a language server you choose to install), and JetBrains checks the licence through the IDE. Anything those third-party services receive is governed by their own policies.

No warranty. The plugins are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that a plugin will be error-free or work with every IDE version, project or tool. Keep backups and use version control.

Limit of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim about a plugin is limited to the licence fees you paid for that plugin in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the licence. Your licence ends when your subscription ends (unless JetBrains grants a perpetual fallback licence for a version) or automatically if you break these terms. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the plugin. When the licence ends you must stop using the paid features.

Changes. We may update this agreement for future versions; the date above shows the latest change. The version in force when you start or renew a subscription applies to that subscription period.

Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
