Terms of Service

Who we are. Vigil is operated by PuzariCloud ("we", "us"), India. Contact: hello@puzaricloud.in or the contact page.

The service. Vigil monitors websites, APIs, servers, domains and scheduled jobs that you configure, records the results, and sends alerts to channels you choose. It also provides public status pages, reports and an optional server agent and tracing SDK that you install on your own systems. Checks are best-effort: we do not guarantee that every outage or change is detected or that every alert is delivered, and you remain responsible for your own systems.

Accounts. You must provide a valid email address and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

Acceptable use. Only monitor systems and pages you are permitted to access. Do not use the service to overload third-party sites, collect personal data without a lawful basis, or breach any site's terms. We may pause monitors or accounts that cause abuse complaints or excessive load, and will tell you when we do.

Plans, trials and billing. Free plans are free for as long as they exist. Trials unlock a paid plan for a fixed number of days without payment details and fall back to Free automatically. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and refunds under its buyer terms. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, exclusive of any tax added at checkout. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to plans and prices. We may change plan limits or prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Your data. You own the configuration, check results, metrics and content you put into the service. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export monitors via the API and delete monitors, servers or your whole account at any time.

Availability and support. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Support is by email at hello@puzaricloud.in; we reply within one business day.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers keep any rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
