• Why am I not getting Vigil alerts?
  Vigil alerts not arriving? Check that the channel is ticked on the monitor, send a test, read the delivery status, and rule out maintenance windows, mutes, the confirmation check and spam filters.
• How do period, grace time and cron schedules work for heartbeat monitors?
  How Vigil decides a cron job or backup is late: fixed period vs cron expression with a timezone, the grace time (default 10 minutes), and the /start and /fail pings.
• How do I put my Vigil status page on status.mydomain.com?
  Serve a Vigil status page on your own subdomain: enter the domain in the page settings, add a CNAME record, and HTTPS is issued automatically on the first visit. Available on every plan, including Free.
• Why does Vigil say my site is down when it works for me?
  Vigil reports down but the site loads for you? Read the failure evidence, allow-list the checker, understand the 12-second re-check, and know that hosted checks run from one location in Germany.
• Can I pay for Vigil in rupees with UPI, and who sends the invoice?
  Paying for Vigil from India: rupee prices (Starter ₹1,499, Pro ₹3,999, Business ₹11,999 a month), UPI Autopay up to ₹15,000 per renewal, invoices from Paddle as merchant of record, yearly billing, cancelling and refunds.
