For hosts, panels and agencies

Your customers want to know when their site is down. Give them monitoring inside your product.

Vigil gives each of your customers their own monitoring workspace and status page. You create, suspend and remove them from your own system with the Partner API or our billing modules, and a one-time link takes the customer straight in from your panel. You get one monthly bill.

Who it is for

Web hosts

Sell monitoring as an add-on. The WHMCS and Blesta modules create a workspace when an order is paid and suspend it when an invoice is overdue.

Server panels and PaaS

Call the API when a user creates a project. The server agent and cron heartbeats cover the servers and jobs your panel already runs.

Agencies and MSPs

One workspace per client, each with its own alerts, team members and status page, and one overview for you.

Client portals

Show a client's status page inside your portal. Each status page can allow embedding on the domains you choose.

How it works

  1. When a customer signs up, your system calls POST /api/v1/partner/clients with your own id for that customer. Sending the same id again returns the same workspace, so retries are safe.
  2. A "Monitoring" button in your panel calls /clients/{id}/login-link and sends the customer to the URL it returns. The link works once and expires after 5 minutes, so there is no second password.
  3. When billing changes, suspend, unsuspend or delete the workspace with the same API. GET /usage shows clients, monitors, servers and status pages against your allowance.
curl -X POST https://puzaricloud.in/api/v1/partner/clients \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $VIGIL_KEY" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"name": "Acme Retail", "external_id": "panel-1001", "contact_email": "ops@acme.example"}'

curl -X POST https://puzaricloud.in/api/v1/partner/clients/42/login-link -H "Authorization: Bearer $VIGIL_KEY"
# {"url": "https://puzaricloud.in/partner/login/...", "expires_at": "...", "as": "client", "email": "ops@acme.example"}

curl -X PATCH https://puzaricloud.in/api/v1/partner/clients/42 -H "Authorization: Bearer $VIGIL_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"suspended": true}'

Every endpoint, with examples, is on the partner page and in the interactive API reference. Every Partner API call is written to your audit log.

What each customer gets

  • Uptime, keyword, SSL certificate, domain expiry and port checks, and multi-step API checks.
  • Cron heartbeats for backups and scheduled jobs.
  • A small server agent for Linux, Windows and Kubernetes.
  • A status page on their own domain with their own logo.
  • Alerts by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, webhooks and PagerDuty.
  • Unlimited team members in their workspace.

White label: what is and is not

  • Status pages: no Vigil branding on paid plans, a custom domain, the customer's logo and custom CSS.
  • Embedding: a status page can allow embedding on up to 20 domains you list (https only), so it can sit in an iframe inside your panel or portal. Every other Vigil page still refuses to be framed.
  • Alerts in your own product: send alerts to a webhook and show them in your own interface.
  • Not white label today: the dashboard runs at puzaricloud.in. A workspace can show its own brand name, logo and colours there, but the address is ours, and account and alert emails are sent by Vigil. If you need this, tell us.

Ready-made integrations

  • WHMCS module: create, suspend, unsuspend, terminate and single sign-on. Download vigil-whmcs.zip.
  • Blesta module: the same functions for Blesta 5 and 6. Ask us for it; the marketplace listing is pending.
  • FOSSBilling: coming.
  • WordPress plugin, Ansible role, Helm chart for the agent, Terraform provider, GitHub Action, and an MCP server for AI assistants.
  • Alert hand-off guides for PagerDuty and incident.io.

Commercial terms

Referral partners

You send customers to Vigil and they pay us directly. You get the standard affiliate terms: 25% of net revenue on every payment a referred workspace makes in its first 12 months as a paying customer, with a 60-day cookie. Paid monthly once your approved balance reaches $50.

Resellers and platforms

You provision customers through the Partner API and they pay you. You pay 30% less than list price, billed monthly to you. Today we set this up by hand for each partner, so it is arranged on request: write to us before you start.

PlanList priceReseller price (30% off)
Starter$19/month$13.30/month
Pro$49/month$34.30/month
