What this check measures
HTTPS request from our server in Europe. The Jio website (jio.com). This cannot see mobile network, JioFiber or call problems in your area: those depend on your local tower and are not visible from the internet.
A passing check means Jio's website answered our server in Europe with a normal page. It does not prove that logins, payments or the mobile app work, and a site that blocks non-Indian traffic would look down here while working in India.

Is Jio down for everyone or just me?
This page shows what our own checks see from a server in Europe, independent of your phone, Wi-Fi or mobile network. If this page says Jio is up but it fails for you, the problem is more likely local: your internet connection, DNS, your ISP's route, the app version, or your account. If this page shows failures too, it is probably down for many people.
What should I do if Jio is not working?
Check the official status page linked above, reload or force-close and reopen the app, try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi (or the other way round), and clear the browser cache. For network problems, toggle airplane mode or restart the phone; outages in one area don't show up from the internet.
