What this check measures
HTTPS request from our server in Europe. The DigiLocker website (digilocker.gov.in). It does not sign in or fetch documents, so issuer (e.g. CBSE, RTO) outages are not visible here.
A passing check means DigiLocker's website answered our server in Europe with a normal page. It does not prove that logins, payments or the mobile app work, and a site that blocks non-Indian traffic would look down here while working in India.

Is DigiLocker down for everyone or just me?
