Is Shopify down for everyone or just me?
This page shows what our own checks see from a server in Europe, independent of your phone, Wi-Fi or mobile network. If this page says Shopify is up but it fails for you, the problem is more likely local: your internet connection, DNS, your ISP's route, the app version, or your account. If this page shows failures too, it is probably down for many people.
What should I do if Shopify is not working?
Check the official status page linked above, force-close and reopen the app, try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi (or the other way round), clear the browser cache, and wait a few minutes before retrying payments so you are not charged twice. For payments or banking, a debit without a confirmation is normally reversed automatically; keep the reference number.
