Can I pay for Vigil in rupees with UPI, and who sends the invoice?
Yes. Buyers in India see rupee prices at checkout (Starter ₹1,499, Pro ₹3,999, Business ₹11,999 a month) and can pay by card or UPI. UPI Autopay is capped at ₹15,000 per renewal, so monthly plans and Starter yearly can use UPI; Pro and Business yearly need a card. Paddle is the merchant of record: it charges you, handles the tax and sends the invoice.
1. Pick monthly or yearly
Yearly costs 10 times the monthly price (2 months free): Starter ₹14,990, Pro ₹39,990, Business ₹1,19,990 a year. Every paid plan can be tried for 14 days first without payment details.
2. Check out
On Billing, choose the plan and interval. Checkout is run by Paddle, which shows rupee prices to buyers in India, works out any tax for your location and shows the total before you pay. For UPI, approve the Autopay mandate in your UPI app; later renewals are collected through it.
3. Get the invoice
Because Paddle is the seller of record, the invoice comes from Paddle, not from PuzariCloud. Recent invoices are listed on the billing page, and Invoices & card opens Paddle's portal to download them or change the card. Whether you can claim GST input tax credit on a Paddle invoice is a question for your accountant.
4. Cancel or change plan
Cancel subscription on the billing page stops renewals. Paid features stay until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free with monitors, history and status pages intact. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
5. Refunds
If your first paid month isn't right, email within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. Paddle returns refunds to the original payment method, normally in 5 to 10 business days. Full terms are on the refund policy.
